WHO AM I

My name is Becky and I am a registered carer working as a Personal Assistant to Seniors at home or in the community.

As part of the aging process at some point our mobility will decline and as time goes on we start giving things up that we used to enjoy, for example you may feel you can no longer drive your car. This can leave you feeling dependent on others or a burden to your family. You may feel isolated, lonely and disconnected from the world around you. You may even lose confidence with what used to be a simple activity in case of a fall, for instance a shower, going to the shops or tending to the garden.

Unfortunately I cannot turn back time – But with simple solutions and a helping hand I can assist you to take back control of your life again
